Ted is MLRO on a number of internationally licensed eGaming companies and is responsible for risk management within the eGaming department and for managing our portfolio of eGaming business.
Ted is a fellow of the International Compliance Association having previously provided the provision of regulatory compliance and monitoring on a wide range of business sectors since joining SMP Partners in January 2009.

Jade Zorab is Head of Corporate Development for SMP Partners and is specifically focused on the Group's e-gaming, e-commerce and training business.
Jade has developed a robust multi-jurisdictional e-gaming knowledge having been responsible for project managing a vast number of licence applications across the Isle of Man, Jersey, the UK, Ireland and Malta. Her experience includes advising clients on the complex regulatory gaming landscape including dealing with corporate administration and corporate governance matters as well as liaison with key stakeholders. Additionally, Jade has been responsible for project managing large relocation assignments to the Isle of Man.
Jade is well versed in the eGaming sector, having previously worked as Head of Marketing for an operator in the lottery vertical. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree issued by the University of South Africa and holds a Diploma in International Marketing Management.
In her spare time, she is a committee member of the Institute of Directors on the Isle of Man, and Love Tech, a group formed to promote diversity and the pursuance of careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Chris Brown is the Group's European eGaming Consultant. Chris has been employed with the SMP Group for over 17 years in a number of roles. Starting as the Internal Auditor responsible for auditing the European Offices, he moved to the Compliance Department before taking on a wider Operations role where he has delivered a number of high level projects.
Chris has been a Senior Manager with the SMP Group for over 12 years and with his broad knowledge in wide ranging areas of the business ensures that the eGaming portfolio team can deliver to its clients, legislative and regulatory requirements. Chris represents SMP eGaming in Malta.
After finishing her professional studies and gaining practical knowledge from a local Corporate Service Provider, Karen joined SMP Partners as a Client Service Manager in 1997, having responsibility for providing an exemplary multi-disciplined service to a portfolio of private and corporate international clients. Promoted to Senior Manager of Client Services in 2004, she managed three client relationship management teams and expanded her responsibilities to include operational matters, developing and implementing an on-going programme of statutory and regulatory systems to provide comprehensive protection to clients and their companies.
Karen has since enhanced her combined client service and operational experience with an understanding of complex multi-licensed gaming structures and manages the growing Gaming Portfolio team. The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has approved Karen as "Key Staff" and she has been sanctioned to act as a Director and Operations Manager by the Gambling Supervision Commission. She has been appointed to the boards of a number of licensed gaming companies.
Rachel is responsible for managing the Accounting Services function within the eGaming team. Having qualified as an Accountant with ACCA at the age of 21 with Coutts Private Bank, Rachel went on to work for Bowman International Sports Limited in 2005, a successful & licenced eGaming Company.
Starting within the Company as Financial Controller she eventually worked her way up to the role of CFO. Rachel then joined SMP eGaming in 2011.
The 8 years of experience she has gained within the eGaming industry equipped her to establish a specialised eGaming Accounting team at SMP, which provides a tailored range of bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting and reporting services to suit each client's needs. Rachel was admitted to Fellowship status with ACCA in 2012.
