Ted has been with SMP since January 2009 and has played a key role in developing the eGaming division of SMP, which he has been Director of since 2016. Joining the company in the Compliance team, Ted has spent the past decade working as the Risk and Portfolio Manager for eGaming then as Head of Gaming Risk and Operations. During this time, Ted has provided regulatory compliance and monitoring on a wide range of business sectors and is currently MLRO for a number of internationally licensed eGaming companies.
Ted was appointed to the Group Board of Directors as Director of eGaming in 2019 and will continue to drive the team as they continue to grow their offering and seek out new business development opportunities.

Jade Zorab is responsible for SMP eGaming's businiess development and strategy, and is specifically focused on the Group's eGaming, eCommerce and training business.
Jade has developed a robust multi-jurisdictional eGaming knowledge having been responsible for project managing a vast number of licence applications across the Isle of Man, Jersey, the UK, Ireland, Gibraltar, and Malta. Her experience includes advising clients on the complex regulatory gaming landscape including dealing with corporate administration and corporate governance matters as well as liaison with key stakeholders. Additionally, Jade has been responsible for project managing large relocation assignments to the Isle of Man.
Jade is well versed in the eGaming sector, having previously worked as Head of Marketing for an operator in the lottery vertical. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree issued by the University of South Africa and holds a Diploma in International Marketing Management.
In her spare time, she is a committee member of the Institute of Directors on the Isle of Man, and Love Tech, a group formed to promote diversity and the pursuance of careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

After finishing her professional studies and gaining practical knowledge from a local Corporate Service Provider, Karen joined SMP Partners as a Client Service Manager in 1997, having responsibility for providing an exemplary multi-disciplined service to a portfolio of private and corporate international clients. Promoted to Senior Manager of Client Services in 2004, she managed three client relationship management teams and expanded her responsibilities to include operational matters, developing and implementing an on-going programme of statutory and regulatory systems to provide comprehensive protection to clients and their companies.
Karen has since enhanced her combined client service and operational experience with an understanding of complex multi-licensed gaming structures and manages the growing Corporate Governance team. The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has approved Karen as "Key Staff" and she has been sanctioned to act as a Director and Operations Manager by the Gambling Supervision Commission. She has been appointed to the boards of a number of licensed gaming companies.
Matthew Robins is Head of Risk and Regulatory Compliance and has over 20 years' experience in compliance, audit, and regulations. Matthew worked for 10 years at The Stars Group where, as their Director of Compliance and MLRO, developed and led their compliance and AML efforts across 17 jurisdictions, covering the Isle of Man, Europe and also New Jersey in the US. More recently Matthew was the Chief Compliance Officer for a mobile payments wallet company, MuchBetter, on the Isle of Man that was developed with the gaming industry in mind.
Over the last few years Matthew has been a speaker on various gaming conference panels discussing topics including challenges around AML and customer verification and development of new gaming regulations across Europe. He has helped design and implement compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and is also a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Professional Forum.
Katy is a Director of SMP Partners in the Jersey office and is responsible for delivering bespoke solutions to an international client base. Katy has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of asset classes from property and investments, to licensed gaming companies. Katy has recently been awarded the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and has been with the Company since 2010.

Rachel is responsible for managing the Accounting Services function within the eGaming team. Having qualified as an Accountant with ACCA at the age of 21 with Coutts Private Bank, Rachel went on to work for Bowman International Sports Limited in 2005, a successful & licenced eGaming Company.
Starting within the Company as Financial Controller she eventually worked her way up to the role of CFO. Rachel then joined SMP eGaming in 2011.
The 8 years of experience she has gained within the eGaming industry equipped her to establish a specialised eGaming Accounting team at SMP, which provides a tailored range of bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting and reporting services to suit each client's needs. Rachel was admitted to Fellowship status with ACCA in 2012.

Lorna has built a detailed understanding of the regulations and requirements surrounding e-gaming licences and has provided the project management for a significant number of eGaming licence applications.
Lorna joined the SMP Group in 2004 and sits on the board of a number of internationally licensed eGaming companies and has significant experience in this area; she has developed expertise across a broad range of gambling and eGaming models.
