Ted is a fellow of the International Compliance Association having previously provided the provision of regulatory compliance and monitoring on a wide range of business sectors since joining SMP Partners in January 2009.

Chris Brown is the Group's European eGaming Consultant. Chris has been employed with the SMP Group for over 17 years in a number of roles. Starting as the Internal Auditor responsible for auditing the European Offices, he moved to the Compliance Department before taking on a wider Operations role where he has delivered a number of high level projects.
Chris has been a Senior Manager with the SMP Group for over 12 years and with his broad knowledge in wide ranging areas of the business ensures that the eGaming portfolio team can deliver to its clients, legislative and regulatory requirements. Chris represents SMP eGaming in Malta.
Jade is responsible for leading our international gaming clients through the preparation and submission of complex license applications across multiple international jurisdictions. Working with departmental and Group wide specialists she project manages the entire licensing process, drafting comprehensive business plans and financial projections, along with liaising with licensing bodies and third party suppliers to build a coherent and robust licensing proposition.
Jade is well versed in the eGaming sector, having worked as Head of Marketing for an operator in the lottery vertical, she is able to provide broad insights across a wide range of projects and is also in the process of completing her law degree.

As Quality Assurance Manager, Scott is responsible for ensuring that all areas of our eGaming business function to the highest of standards. This includes spearheading the management of our Isle of Man eGaming regulatory compliance function.
Scott works with our eGaming clients from their licence pre-application stage through to on-going daily operations, providing regulatory compliance analysis and advice on all areas of their eGaming business.
Neil is a Business Consultant and Manager in our Risk and Technical Operations team specialising in website management, compliance, technical solutions and the day-to-day running of gaming companies. Before joining SMP Partners, Neil was Operations Executive in the eGaming division of Paddy Power, one of the world's largest online gaming companies.
Neil also gained experience in the business's customer service, customer operations, fraud/risk and payments departments. He was chiefly based in Dublin, but was also seconded to Guernsey to assist with the migration of a casino licence between jurisdictions.
Over the last 9 years, Neil has worked on a number of high profile projects delivering new mobile applications, redesigned websites, fraud and AML management processes, large-scale customer segmentation models and high value marketing campaigns. Neil's extensive eGaming knowledge enables him to assist companies with the creation, management and release of new products to the eGaming market.

Paul joined SMP Partners in August 2010 and has worked within the eGaming sector for 8 years. Paul has extensive knowledge of both UK and Isle of Man Regulation and Compliance, data protection and information security. Paul also provides face to face training, attending operator's offices on numerous occasions to provide further insight and details into the regulatory landscape and requirements.
Paul is a qualified data protection practitioner and a professional member of the International Compliance Association.

Rachel is responsible for managing the Accounting Services function within the eGaming team. Having qualified as an Accountant with ACCA at the age of 21 with Coutts Private Bank, Rachel went on to work for Bowman International Sports Limited in 2005, a successful & licenced eGaming Company.
Starting within the Company as Financial Controller she eventually worked her way up to the role of CFO. Rachel then joined SMP eGaming in 2011.
The 8 years of experience she has gained within the eGaming industry equipped her to establish a specialised eGaming Accounting team at SMP, which provides a tailored range of bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting and reporting services to suit each client's needs. Rachel was admitted to Fellowship status with ACCA in 2012.
